We have ADA parking all along site as well as golf carts that will help transport those who need additional assistance with the terrain.

Please be sure to ask our team anytime you would like or need a golf cart to visit a certain area that may be challenging to walk (Chapel).

Question 2

Photoshoots

Unfortunately, our photo permits cannot be combined with tickets for this event. We will still be allowing photo sessions the morning of the event (before it begins) but will not be allowing photoshoot permits during the event.

Question 3

Parties

This event is meant to be centered around family fun and the fall festival. While we will have a ton of fun activities, this is not the setting to host a party (ex. host a birthday party during the festival). If you are looking to host a party at Nestldown, please email request@nestldown.com.

Question 4

Picnic & Seating

Please do bring an outdoor blanket to have a picnic on one of the lawns if you would like!

We have ample permanent furniture/benches, tables and areas to use for a place to sit (Apple Knoll, Birch Pathway, Tap and Tack, birch tree pathway, Fire Pit).

Food

We are working on securing one or two food trucks with a dessert cart for the option of food for purchase but you are more than welcome to bring your own food!

Conduct

We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner and remain on designate pathways and may not pick flowers/plants. Profanity and unruly behavior towards other guests or the vendor staff may be cause for ejection without refund.

Refunds

Our Fall Festival will take place rain or shine.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or transfers.

Strollers & Accessories

Strollers are allowed, but please leave bicycles, wagons (except Wonder Wagon, Veer equivalents), scooters, skateboards, and skates, etc. at home.

Parking

We have limited parking on site, we ask that you carpool! Please purchase a parking ticket per car you intent on brinigng.

Attire

Accepted Answer

Please dress comfortable for an early fall morning and afternoon of running around, sitting on your own picnic blanket and enjoying the gardens. Think sweater weather but layers that can be removed in a warm autumn afternoon.

Pets

NO PETS ALLOWED, with the exception of service animals. Pets may not be left in vehicles, even if the vehicle has a "dog mode".

Directions from the South

Accepted Answer

From HWY 17, take the Summit Road Exit. Continue 1 mi. to Old Santa Cruz Highway and turn left. Continue .6 mi downhill (north) and make a right into Nestldown. There will be 4 green Mailboxes and our Nestldown sign. Follow the fence line down into a large parking lot and check in by the Pergola.

Directions from the North

From HWY 17, take the Summit Road Exit. Turn right and Go over the overpass. Turn left at the stop sign onto Summit. Continue 1 mi. to Old Santa Cruz hwy and turn left. Continue .6 mi downhill (north) and make a right into Nestldown. Proceed down to a large parking lot and check in by the Pergola.

Smoking

Smoking may take place in the designated smoking area by the Barn only.

e-Cigarettes & Vapes may not be smoked in the Barn but are allowed throughout the property.

Question 16

Alcohol

Accepted Answer

Guests may NOT bring their own alcohol.  There will not be any alcohol served at this event.
